Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- Include your order number and photos of damaged items
- We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace your package
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed pickup attempts may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
